Comments: ROCKed in KNOX! Super performance, guys! Makes me want to see you again in Cleveland, TN on Tuesday night!
Comments: Saw you tonight in Corpus Christi, Texas and was blown away. I was a little too young in the 60's to fully appreciate the Beatles at the time. But I have clear memories of my older siblings being huge fans. In fact, the first "45" I ever heard was "Hey Jude" with "Revolution" on the other side! To make a long story short, thank you for the joy you gave us tonight. I had a really hard day, and seeing your show was almost therapeutic. I laughed, cried, felt happy and even sad thinking of losing John Lennon. I realize that we have lost more than him, but his death was so unfair. Especially being so close to the December 2012 Connecticut Sandy Hook Elementary massacre, it just made me weep to see John Lennon portrayed so beautifully. All of you do an amazing job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything about tonight was awesome! Thank you again, Marie Gonzalez
Comments: Thank you so much for the joy you brought to all who witnessed the magic of the Beatles come alive at American Music Theatre on Jan. 5 in Lancaster, PA. Please, please return ASAP....I want everyone I know to see and hear you. The experience exeeded any expectations I had. Attended with 2 childhood friends since First Grade and one friend surprised us and "upgraded" our tickets to front row center. We are all "approaching" 60 years old, but when we flew out of our seats to dance to "Twist and Shout" at the end of your concert, we were transported back to our teenage years. What a blessing! You are an amazing group of extremely talented men. Come back soon!
Comments: Saw you guys today in Lancaster. Truly an amazing performance! I can't wait to see it again!!!
Comments: Saw your show today at American Music Theater, by far one of the best Beatle shows I have seen. It was like watching the boys record in the studio with a live orchestra!
Comments: Thank you for a wonderful and superior concert on 1/5/13! You guys blew my mind!
Comments: That fender guitar george was playing looked really old. Was that a vintage jazzmaster?
Comments: Thank you so much for that brilliant concert at the State Theatre Sydney with the SSO. We agree with all the comments below - it was a magical night and we loved every joyful happy minute of it. We thought it would be good, but this was something else. George Martin would be proud! Don't leave it too long before you visit Sydney again-we miss you already.
Comments: I really enjoyed tonight's concert! It was amazing to see a band that has reformed the Beatles! I love the beatles, and tonight was one i will never forget! I hope the Classical Mystery Tour comes back to Sydney, because I would LOVE to see them again!!
Comments: My wife and I really enjoyed the Brisbane concert last night, from the Liverpool accents, the outfits, the instruments, the moustaches, the great vocals and the wonderful musicianship of everyone on stage. The ladies behind us come from the Mersey River area of England, and they thought the accents were very good. The Queensland Pops Orchestra were superb and they are a real credit to our local culture. They handled the arrangements superbly under the direction of Martin Herman. It could have been George Martin himself, as the orchestration was an excellent reflection of George's original work with the Beatles. Each Beatle character was handled so well, and I was mesmerized by Chris Camilerri's drumming on most songs. We never saw the originals back in the 60s and would not have heard them anyway if we'd attended a concert back then. But last night, we were transported back there with full Lyric Theatre acoustics, great audio, and excellent musicianship and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Comments: Brilliant Brisbane Show! I rarely stand to applaud a show, but couldn't stop myself last night! Brought back some wonderful memories - yes! I remember the 60's, so I'm in my 60's, but felt like a teenager again last night! Thanks heaps guys! Wish you had time to stick around for at least one more performance in Brisbane - I would have backed up! Last night the Beatles never sounded better - you couldn't hear them above the teenage screams when I saw their Sydney show in the 60's. The Queensland Pops Orchestra get similar adulation for their wonderful contribution.
Comments: Saw you guys last night at QPAc with Queensland Pops Orchestra, Fantastic...well done. I saw the original Beatles back in 1963 and you could have been them standing there you are truely talented, well done. Love the costumes too !
Comments: Brisbane concert tonight was outstanding! Crowd really got into it and it must have been a hoot from the stage to see the older crowd on their feet groovin' and hollering for more! Qld Pops Orchestra were fantastic and enjoyed the concert as much as the crowd. A great night of Beatle music, you guys were very authentic and very talented, Great work!
Comments: Also at the Adelaide performance 8 Dec. 3 generations of us and we all thought it was a fantastic performance. Didn't know what to expect but we were impressed by the depth of talent and ASO brilliant too!
Comments: What a great show in Adelaide Saturday 8th December 2012. It way exceeded my expectations. Thankyou for bringing back some great memories. Just loved "I am the Walrus". Hope to see you again in Oz.
Comments: saw the show in Adelaide it was great please keep up the great sounds of the Beatles ooxx
Comments: for Jim- thank you so much for being an inspiration for my 14 year old daughter Katie. We were in the first row for the matinee show here in Pittsburgh in front of you. Her exact words were "he is the reincarnation of John Lennon!". Her looks of amazement and acknowledgement when you were performing said it all. As soon as we got home, she pulled out my Beatles Compete Scores and started playing Yesterday. She only started teaching herself piano a month before just to learn how to play the Beatles. I felt it was really important to see your show after reading your biography on the internet. You not only entertain but provide a valuable program- bringing the Beatles music to all generations and delighting the generations with these fabulous transcriptions and performances of songs which never were performed live. I never thought I'd hear "For the Benefit of Mister Kite" live and it was spectacular and how you pulled it off, I don't know. The original involved random carnival tapes played forwards and backwards with no respect to key. It sounded perfect. Your detail to chord voicings and even subtleties such as half tone tremelos in your voice show your high quality of professionalism and musicianship. Thank you again so much for your mutliple day run here in Pittsburgh. I wish all the best on your continued success and rest of the tour. Dave Brosky
Comments: Saw this show in Las Vegas on November 30 and it was outstanding. It truly was, as the program said, the best show the Beatles never did. Everything was perfect; the singing, the guitar playing and the orchestration. If you closed your eyes you'd actually think you were experiencing an actual live Beatles concert. It made me weep. I hope, sometime soon, that the Classical Mystery Tour will make a return trip to Las Vegas so I can, once again, close my eyes and experience the music of my lost youth that was the Beatles.
Comments: Come back to Pittsburgh. Yesterday's show was awesome
Comments: Please come back to Ohio again!!! It's been 2 years |
